Мechanical processing
Machanical processing of metals is a set of works carried out in order to give metal products (parts, components, etc.) certain parameters that are necessary for the performance of their functions.

Today there are various types of mechanical processing: turning, milling, grinding, welding. All of them are carried out with the use of technological machines and tools and require a certain level of qualification of performing personnel.

Turning work – one of the most common ways of processing of metal semi-finished products. In the course of these works, the excess metal layer is removed in order
to give the product the desired shape and size and to create the surface and relief provided by the project.

For turning works CNC belong cutting surfaces of the semi-fined products having cylindrical, angular or conical shape; making flutes and slots; drilling of holes; making threading and so on.

They use special lathe machines with manual or programmable control (computer numerical control - CNC). Automation of processes ensures high accuracy of work both in the manufacture of single parts according to the customer's project and
in mass production.

Milling work is a type of metal processing with the use of milling cutters.
This process involves working with flat and shaped surfaces, including also thread and ridge surfaces. Today's existing milling machines allow cutting in any direction: vertical and horizontal milling as well as angle cutting (for this purpose it is used additional tools).

Grinding the final form of the product – the thin layer of metal is removed from their surface by means of rotating abrasive nozzle. As a result, the semi-finished products acquire the most accurate parameters and shapes.
There are several types of grinding depending on the treated surface: external, internal, flat, round or profile (surface treatment of complex shape).

Laser cutting of metals
LLC PZTG renders services on laser cutting of metals up to 20mm thickness.

Laser cutting uses a high power laser and is used on industrial production lines.
A computer-controlled focused laser beam provides a high concentration of energy and allows cutting of almost any material regardless of its thermal properties. During the cutting process, the material of the cut area is melted, vaporized or blown out
by a gas jet under the influence of a laser beam. Thus it is possible to receive narrow cuts (to 00.15 mm) with the minimum zone of thermal influence. Laser cutting is characterized by the absence of mechanical action on the processed material,
there are minimal deformations, both temporary in the cutting process and residual after complete cooling.

Laser machine TRUMPF TRUMATIC L3030
The advantages of laser cutting
High cutting speed
Unlimited possibility for complex design creation
Minimization of metal waste
Work with brittle and thin metals
High precision of metal processing
up to 0.1 mm

Absence of ragged edges and various defects
Due to the high power of laser radiation provides high performance of the process in combination with high quality cutting surfaces. Easy and relatively simple control of laser radiation allows laser cutting on a complex contour of flat and blanks with a high degree of automation of the process.
Galvanic coating of metals
LLC "PZTG" provides services to third-party companies for applying galvanic coatings on metal products.
Galvanizing
Galvanizing is the application of a metal coating on the electrode by passing a low voltage DC through the electrolyte solution.
Coating takes place in the " Galvanic and paint-and-lacquer coating shop " on the equipment of German production. In a shop there are 4 mechanized electroplating lines. Lines provide the possibility of covering the tin-bismuth, chemical oxidation, chemical passivation, zinc with chromating, anodic oxidation, chemical nickel.
